😮The picture on the the right was taken September 27, 2018.

🔥The picture on the left was taken last night (September 24, 2019).

👉You would think that the one on the left trained harder with cardio.... And you would be wrong.
-
Last year, in 2018, I ran constantly. I probably did 25 miles per week easily (for entire summer). And at the end of summer my body felt broken down. My knees hurt. My legs felt weak. And my body did not represent anyone who seemed to be in great shape.
-
This is when I realized how "overtraining" can destroy what you are trying to build.
-
If you "over do" anything with fitness (and life for that fact), it will start to have the reverse effects than intended. Parts of you will begin to break down. Somethings will be neglected. And you will forget about the end goal.

🎆🎆🎆Here's what I am getting at: Are you closer to your end goal now than last year?
-
Look at your bank account... Look at your video quality, your pictures, your social media, your client list, your connections, your assets now. Then compare it to last year. Is is better? Or are you not making the right decisions?
-
I see people who have the exact same quality of life as they did 4 years ago and have not made any changes in their life.
-
I see people who are going to a job that they hate... Complaining about it... And are no father with their dream business.
-
I see people who keep telling me they want to write a book someday... And they've been telling me this for 4 years.
-
Most of these people are scattered.. and they are trying to do too much. Which yields the reverse effects than intended.

TAKE A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR LIFE. COMPARE IT TO ONE YEAR FROM NOW.

IF YOU ARE NOT CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL, THEN IT EITHER COMES DOWN ONE OF 3 THINGS:
1) YOU'RE DOING TOO MUCH
2) YOU'RE NOT DOING ENOUGH
3) OR YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR END GOAL IS

So will you have results... Or an excuse❓
