😎Last night, Hana came over to talk about how we can help authors even more than we do right now. ( All authors. Not just the 170+ we have worked with already)
😎You see, for 3 years, book clients have been asking me for people I recommend to manage their social media content & press releases. Unfortunately,, I did not have a team in place to handle that, nor do I trust people who do not work with authors.
😎So, last night I showed Hana the plan. I pulled out a cardboard box top and wrote out exactly what we will be doing, how much work it is, and how she will be paid.
😮No fancy PowerPoint presentation. no long email. Not even a 45 minute video.
Because that shit doesn't work. Businesses should not be complicated.
It was this simple:
